In the past 7 years, Julie has been facilitating drum circles for the American Cancer Society's “Relay for Life” programs, “WE CAN” weekends, as well as with local Breast Cancer Survivor groups. She is trained as a Remo “Health Rhythms” Facilitator, and hopes to continue to facilitate drumming in health-related environments and wellness programs. Julie is a REMO endorsed "Drum Circle Facilitator," one of a few women in the world. She is currently listed on the NH Arts Council Roster for "Arts in Health Care" programs.
Julie provides monthly programming for Boston University Sargent Center programs, including community drum circles for college groups and staff.
Since 1994, Julie has worked regularly in corporate environments. It is her desire to bring drumming, community and team building concepts into the corporate environment to the benefit of all employees.

Laney Goodman, visionary drummer, ceremonialist and vocalist will help you find your own rhythm and voice during her circles...even if you have never played a drum or sung before. Laney has studied with the late Grandmother Twyla Nitsch of the Seneca Wolf clan and the late Grandfather Sun Bear. She has also studied with African-American drum masters Edwina Lee Tyler and Ubaka Hill as well as the late Baba Olatunji. Laney has been presenting ceremonial drum circles since 1985 when it all started at Grandmother Twyla's women's lodge.
Laney is part Cherokee of the eastern door in the Great Smoky Mountains..mixed with German, English and Scot/Irish ancestry.
She has a 14 song chant CD called "Blue Moon" with Terri Rivera Piatt that was nominated for a Native American Music Award-best in folk and she is currently the nationally syndicated public radio host of Women in Music with Laney Goodman.
Laney has worked as a dance club DJ in Philadelphia, San Francisco and Boston and now with XTRIBE.

Janet Farnsworth, MA, LSW, is a licensed social worker and an experienced dance and movement teacher who has worked with individuals, families and groups. Formally trained in group facilitation and psychodrama, she also has extensive dance experience in New York and Boston, and with the Doug Wood Dance Ensemble in Chicago. Read more about Janet
Janet’s practice, Dancing to MySelf, is a model of open and non-evaluative dance which honors each individual’s instinctive response to music – simply moving in a way that feels right – as a means of connecting to one’s highest and deepest wisdom. She is dedicated to promoting the use of dance and movement as pathways to healing and empowerment. Janet currently facilitates a variety of dance journeys for children, families, disabled seniors, and adults.
Janet also facilitates Women's Sacred Dance Journeys that have been held in Massachusetts at healing centers like the Women's Well, Karendyth, and Aquarius Sanctuary.
